Flatback Syndrome is a condition of the spine in which there is a loss of normal curvature. The malalignment of the spine can lead to symptoms of pain and fatigue and affect upright posture.
Symptoms:
- Low back pain
- Low back fatigue
- Occasional leg/buttock pain
- Difficulty with standing upright
- Poor core and back stability
Tests may include:
- X-rays
- CT Scan
Treatment:
- Unfortunately, the problem is a structural issue with the spine and there are no non-surgical means of correcting Flatback Syndrome.
